Welcome to Korean Glow Trading (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at www.lovelyqatar.com (together or individually “Service”) operated by Korean Glow Trading.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at dp170789kol@gmail.com so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Service.
Communications
By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at dp170789kol@gmail.com .
Pricing
The prices quoted on the website are accurate and are inclusive with government imposed tax but not included with delivery fee if ever did not meet our minimum order.
Stocks Availability
All the products on the website are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all items shown on the website are in stock and are available and ready for dispatch. Our representative will contact the buyer if any problem with the order.

Shipping and Delivery
- Korean Glow Trading charge for delivery depends on location and offer free delivery if the buyer reach our minimum order per location.
- In case buyer choose the wrong Zone and didn't reach our minimum order. Our representative will contact the buyer if the buyer will proceed with the charge or add items if any additional that time only we will send confirmation to the buyer.
- Delivery is arranged within 1-3 days after placing an order. Our representative will be contacting the buyer if any problem with the order, once the order is packed and ready for delivery our representative will contact the buyer for the availability (Date and Time). 
- Korean Glow Trading delivers on Saturday-Friday except for Friday from 9:30am to 7:00pm.

Promotions
Any promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.

Cancellation of Order
The buyer can cancel the order if the buyer didn't receive schedule delivery notification from Us. The buyer can no longer cancel order once the item received. 
Damages & Defect
When receiving the Goods, please inspect thoroughly to ensure that the Goods are received in good order, as any claims for leakage will not be accepted. If the Goods arrive leakage, The buyer should contact Us as soon as possible. We will arrange to have the leakage goods returned to Our store on the day of delivery if possible. If we are unable to collect the defective goods on the day of delivery, the buyer must cease using the Goods until we arrange for a replacement of the goods or to refund the price to the buyer if a replacement is not available. The buyer must return any damaged goods to Us in the condition received with all of the original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Kindly note some products packaging may a bit crumpled it is because of shipment handling which is not under our hands if the item itself is in good condition it is not considered as damage item.

Returns/Refunds
As of the current moment, Korean Glow Trading does not offer product refunds nor returns. We strongly advise our customers to do their due-diligence in product research before purchasing our products. While we can give our best assurance of our product efficacy, Korean Glow Trading is still an emerging start-up, and due to the current state of our credit-card logistics company, no cancellations and returns can be made via credit-card purchases. However, Korean Glow Trading will entertain product exchanges in the case that any of our products is deemed to be faulty.
 
Prohibited Uses
You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:
0.1. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
0.2. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
0.3. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
0.4. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of Service or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:
0.1. Use Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service or interfere with any other party’s use of Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Service.
0.2. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on Service.
0.3. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
0.4. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of Service.
0.5. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
0.6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Service, the server on which Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to Service.
0.7. Attack Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
0.8. Take any action that may damage or falsify Company rating.
0.9. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of Service.

No Use By Minors
Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using Service, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of Terms. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from both the access and usage of Service.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service.

You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Korean Glow Trading and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Korean Glow Trading.

Products sold on Korean Glow Trading come from different suppliers, content promoting these products does not imply endorsement of guarantee of quality, impact, expected benefit or any other outcome whatsoever.

In all cases, it is the responsibility of the customer to check if the products purchased if suitable to use.

Korean Glow Trading doesn’t guarantee any therapeutic approval on any of our products we sell. We highly recommend you to have dermatologist advice before using any beauty products.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.

Governing Law
Any claim relating to lovelyqatar.com web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of QATAR without regard to its conflict of law provisions. General Terms and Conditions apply, as directed by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Qatar.
Korean Glow Trading is committed to immediate compliance of all circular and regulations issued by the Ministry of Economy Qatar, Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Communication and Transport (and others as pertinent). Even if terms and conditions are not changed to reflect any new regulation, it can be assumed that Korean Glow Trading will ensure full compliance.
